The Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group is the premier business association in the State of Illinois on environmental matters. It is IERG’s mission to:

Advocate on behalf of Members before governmental agencies, primarily the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the Illinois Pollution Control Board as they promulgate, administer, and implement environmental laws, regulations, and policies;

Serve as the voice of business in seeking economically reasonable solutions to Illinois’ environmental challenges; and

Provide accurate and technically sound input early in the legislative and regulatory development processes to promote favorable outcomes for the Illinois business community.
