To Members
The Illinois Environmental Regulatory Group (“IERG”) is a non-profit
Illinois corporation comprised of Member Companies engaged in
activities that are
regulated by governmental agencies that promulgate, administer or
enforce
environmental laws, regulations, rules or policies.
Organized in 1985, IERG promotes and advances the interests of
its Members before the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and
the Illinois Pollution Control Board.
IERG is heavily involved in the development and negotiation of
environmental regulations and laws engaging early in the regulatory
and legislative processes to provide sound and technically defensible
input.
